"Great customer service at the start. But when it came to me actually getting into an accident. I did not get any help from Gary’s office besides call our 1-800 number to file a claim. I recently switched to progressive and I am saving over $2400 a year on insurance for my family’s 3 cars. I don’t see how State Farm charges so much for insurance. People think they are going to get better help than other companies for the extra cost. I bet people would be surprised to see how much they could save changing to a different insurance than State Farm."

"Been with Gary and his team for about 15 years now. Switched from AAA to State Farm and I’ve never looked back. Especially impressed by the rates and coverage I’ve been able to get for my motorcycles, as well as the discounts for carrying multiple policies (auto, personal articles, motorcycle, renter’s). Every once in a while, I shop around to see if I can get a better rate but I haven’t found anything compelling yet. Plus, Gary’s staff has always taken great care of me on the few occasions that I’ve had to file a claim."
